Learn FUNDAMENTALS 1-3 as part of certification to become a Healing Tao USA instructor (also called Formula 1 of the Universal Healing Tao Qigong of Mantak Chia) This includes both INTRO TO QIGONG (5 Classes - INNER SMILE + MICROCOSMIC ORBIT) and QIGONG FOR EMOTIONAL HEALING (6 Classes - THE SIX HEALING SOUNDS). In 11 weeks, create a foundational understanding of Qigong, build a daily practice, and gain hours towards your associate instructor certification.

ALCHEMY is taking something crude, like lead, and transforming it into something refined and beautiful, like GOLD. In this course, learn qigong to "DIGEST EMOTION" and turn pain into spiritual wisdom (Also called FUSION 1 of the Healing Tao USA system; part of formula 2 of the UHT/Mantak Chia). Learn how each organ is associated with a particular "element" of Nature, and how to ground your body in your senses of site, hearing, taste, touch, and smell to transform your emotional experience.
